Rayze Corporate Dashboard
At Rayze we needed to create a new SAAS product for companies to use in their CSR programs to help expand our user base and generate new revenue sources. Most companies rely on a web based platform for their employees to log volunteer hours or request donation matches, but since we had a mobile app that anyone can use to donate to nonprofits and find volunteer opportunities, we saw a great differentiator for ourselves. This opens the door to companies who's employees are not computer based.
The Process
I used our recent app redesign as the basis for the overall look and feel for our new Corporate Dashboard product. However, through the process we had some feature creep that required modifications and redesigns of certain aspects of the overall design. Below are some of the first high resolution drafts I did.
The Implementation
I carried through the majority of the design from the first prototypes, but areas like the General Settings section as well as the Donations section required some extra thought as I determined a more streamlined approach to certain tasks. An example of this is the updated implementation of Donations to easily allow for mass approvals of donation matching requests. Below you can see the full flow for that task.
The Overall Design
After extensive competitive analysis and testing with our development team on overall implementation we launched our Corporate Dashboard. Some key features we worked on were:
1. Ability for companies to set a match percentage as well as a Fiscal Year max match amount.
2. Separation of employee matches and company specific donations
3. Creation of campaigns for companies to make to motivate employees to donate
4. Implementation of an industry first Donor Advised Fund account for each company on our platform
